Visioning Training Session

New Dawn is pleased to host this one-day training session for our international headquarters for the United Centers for Spiritual Living. This session is open to the public!

This one-day training session is designed to give you the tools to effectively use the power of visioning in your life and to empower you to be resource for your spiritual community and others in utilizing visioning.

If you are working with a spiritual community, this will help you in developing a vision core and deepening the collective consciousness of what visioning is and how it works.

You will be trained in:

• The fundamentals of visioning (what it is, how it works, how to use it…).
• Developing your vision core (who is on it, how often to meet, to take notes or not to take notes…).
• Facilitating visioning sessions and supporting your center's cores, teams and ministries with visioning.
• Dealing with resistance and inspiring core/team and community members to use and trust visioning.
• Sharing the vision with the leaders and members of your community, identifying themes, and supporting your community in moving in the direction of the vision.

Our trainers for the day will be New Dawn's own Rev Karen Paschal who is our organization's regional visioning coordinator (see more information about Rev Karen below) and Rai Jordan, RScP who is Coordinator for United Centers for Spiritual Living.

Rai leads UCSL’s Vision Core and Regional Visioning Facilitator Program. She is also the Founder and Spiritual Director of the Higher Vision Center, a UCSL Teaching Chapter based in Alameda, CA. Rai is the author of The Visioning Toolkit and the UCSL Visioning Manual.

*$50 for Vision Core, Board/Core Council, Ministry leaders and staff; anyone attending to support their spiritual community with visioning. $75 for leaders and members at non UCSL/ICSL organizations and those attending for professional/personal development.
